By entering into a Construction Management contract with Longview, you may or may not hire our team to actually build your project. At this stage our highest responsibility is coordinating your professionals and maintaining your budget. Services may include: planning, design, construction, engineering and management.

No longer will you have to be concerned with the dilemmas associated the with time and productivity of your commercial construction project. Our team will work with the leaders of your organization to do everything from putting together a full development program to providing construction site inspections.

By hiring Longview as your Construction Manager you have agreed for our team to oversee the following: Site analysis; municipal and governmental analysis; and design, layout, project and budget feasibility.
• Coordination and management of the design process: floor plan and elevation preparation; design kick-off meeting; manage permit submittals, responses and approvals
• Includes extensive general contractor qualification and bidding; vendor proposal and project budget completion
